The company is owned and run by Ben Quaintrell and Chris Sanders. Long term business partners on a number of ventures, both Ben & Chris have run businesses for many years, from startups to acquisitions and sales.
They are experts in buying and selling businesses, of all sizes and across a variety of industries. With their many years of combined experience and excellent track record you can be confident that you are in the right hands.
Ben owns and runs a very successful letting
agency, covering the North East and North Yorkshire. He has acquired 6 other
letting agency business over the last 3 years and has won awards for his
prolific business growth.
He has worked in the property industry for his whole career, opening his own company in 2012. Since then, he has invested in multiple other business ventures and property investment companies in and around the Darlington area.
Chris has had a long and incredibly successful
career, starting working with the MOD, and progressing into a career as an
Independent Financial Advisor. Chris then studied to become a lawyer and owned
and ran his own law firm for many years.
More recently, Chris has moved away from the full time law practice. He still works for law firms as a consultant which allows him to pursue other ventures. As well as property development, Chris is a director for a recruitment firm and a foster care business that helps to allocated foster care to children that are in need.
With this vast wealth of knowledge of law, property, finance and business development, Ben and Chris are a force to be reckoned with and offer the perfect combination of skills needed to sell your business.

The sale of a business can be structured in a
number of different ways. Fundamentally, you are either selling the assets of
the business, or the shares.
Asset purchase. This involves the buyer acquiring a bundle of assets and rights, and sometimes assuming responsibility for certain liabilities, relating to the target business.
Share purchase. This involves the buyer acquiring all of the shares in the company which carries on the target business.
There are infinite ways to structure the
finances for the sale of a business. And
